Which Clemson football juniors have NFL decisions to make? Here’s the list of those who will be choosing between one more year of college and turning pro.

In the next few weeks, we are going to know a lot more about the 2018 Clemson football team.

The 2017 season didn’t end the way that a lot of Tiger fans would’ve liked, as Clemson fell 24-6 to Alabama in the College Football Playoff semifinals.

While the Tigers only have six scholarship seniors leaving the program, there are several juniors who have decisions to make on the NFL.

In the coming months we will know just what they have decided to do.

Here’s a basic list a Clemson football juniors (or redshirt sophomores) that are contemplating one more year of school or heading to the league.

Clemson Football: Players making NFL Decisions

  • DE Austin Bryant
  • WR Deon Cain
  • DE Clelin Ferrell
  • LT Mitch Hyatt
  • LB Kendall Joseph
  • WR Ray-Ray McCloud
  • DT Christian Wilkins

Instant Thoughts:

Over the next couple of weeks, we will analyze these guys more in-depth and look at their decision.

The truth is you never know what a guy may decide to do as each of these players come from a different background.

Christian Wilkins, as a matter of fact, graduated in December.

With that in mind, I believe that Wilkins will enter the NFL Draft. I’d also expect Clelin Ferrell and Mitch Hyatt to follow suit. Deon Cain may also be NFL bound.

I don’t see Ray-Ray McCloud or Kendall Joseph leaving after this season and I think Austin Bryant will return, as well, but you never know.

Next: Zion Williamson favoring Clemson heading into decision date

It will be interesting to see what these guys choose in the end. You’d love to see them all stay, but they have to do what’s in their own best interest and you can never fault a person for trying to better themselves.
