Over the next few weeks, we will be analyzing each of the 2018 Clemson football class members.
There are still a few to come in February, but we will begin with the ones that signed National Letters of Intent back in December.

Analysis:
These are highlights from the first half of Lawrence’s senior season, which totals about 5-6 games.
It doesn’t take an expert to know that this guy is special.
The way he goes through his reads and the way the ball comes out of his hand just shows that there’s something different about him. He has arm strength unlike any quarterback to step on campus at Clemson in quite some time and that includes Deshaun Watson.
I love his football IQ and there’s no questioning that this guy will be playing on Sundays in just a few years.
2018 Impact?
For each incoming freshman, we will also analyze the chance they have to make an impact right away.
Every football player is different and sometimes it takes them a couple of seasons in the weight room or in the system before they’re ready to play.
That’s not the case for Lawrence.
Trevor Lawrence will be enrolling early and will be in the midst of a quarterback battle as soon as spring practice starts. What that means will remain to be seen, but I don’t see anyway that he redshirts this season.
Next: Zion Williamson favoring Clemson
Typically Dabo Swinney and his staff don’t redshirt guys that have a chance to leave after their junior season and Lawrence certainly fits the bill there. I don’t where he ends up at as far as the depth chart is concerned, but I do know that he is ready to compete with Kelly Bryant, Hunter Johnson, and others when the Tigers step on the field in March.
