Swinney, Venables, and Bates visit K.J. Henry

Henry, a 5-star defensive end, is said to be a heavy Clemson lead at this points. Tiger coaches Dabo Swinney, Brent Venables, and Todd Bates all paid an in-home visit to Henry earlier this past week.

The next day, Henry cancelled his visit to Alabama.

Henry is expected to announce his decision on December 20 at 5 p.m. That is the first day the new “early signing period” for recruits.

He’s also considering Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech. Right now, though, I’d say Clemson is the clear favorite to win his services.
