The Clemson football team will take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day. Here are the gifts the Tigers will be receiving.

Every bowl game provides gifts for players and the list of what is being provided to each team has been announced for this season.

Clemson football will take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl for the College Football Playoff semifinal game on New Year’s Day.

Here’s a look at what the Tigers will receive:

  • Gift suite
  • Fossil Watch
  • New Era cap
  • Rock ‘Em socks
  • Panoramic game photo

A gift suite, for those of you don’t know, is a place where companies give celebrities something with the understanding that they will wear it for photos and such.

Basically, the Tigers will receive some gifts to be used as “product placement.”

The Fossil Watch should be pretty nice too, as well as a hat and socks and a photo.

It’s pretty interesting seeing the gifts that are provided to football players each and every season. Bowls are allowed to spend up to $550 per person.

The bowl season is always fun to me.

Getting to see players play in their last game is intriguing and it’s always seemingly a more festive atmosphere. The Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, even though it’s a playoff venue, will still have a festive vibe to it.

Overall, it should be a fun time and it’s nice to see the players get to come away with a little something as well.
