Clemson football defeated in-state rival South Carolina 34-10 on their way to their fourth-straight victory over the Gamecocks.
South Carolina quarterback Jake Bentley has the famous line of saying that Clemson “wasn’t that much better, if better at all.”
As it turns out, the young quarterback may have been mistaken in his analysis.

Analysis:
This is pretty much what everyone who was looking at this without tented goggles thought coming into this game.
The Gamecocks kept it close for a little bit, but once that emotion wore out, Clemson took care of business.
The Tigers ended the talks of #NeverAgain and took it to South Carolina on their home field.
Things were chippy early and I was really disappointed in seeing Gamecock fans pelting Clemson football players with bottles and trash, but that certainly wasn’t surprising.
Overall, I think you have to be pleased with the effort and efficiency. Kelly Bryant looked good in the first half throwing the ball and the defense, without a doubt, came ready to play.
