The Clemson football team will host the Boston College Eagles at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Here is the weather report for game time in Tiger Town.
Each and every week we have a weather report for the upcoming Clemson football game.
Weather can be a huge effect on a given game. Even when fans don’t realize it, wind, temperature, and precipitation play a role in the game on the field.
The Tigers are currently 3-0, while Boston College is looking to improve from a 1-2 start.
Let’s take a look at the weather report for this week’s game against Boston College.
Boston College at Clemson Tigers Weather Report:
When: Saturday, September 23rd at 3:30 p.m.
High: 87
Low: 65
Chance of Rain: 10%
Humidity: 61%
Wind: NE 5 MPH
Sunrise: 7:20 a.m.
Sunset: 7:26 p.m.
Temp at Game Time: 85
Overall:
It should be a great day of tailgating for Clemson football nation.
3:30 p.m. is a perfect time because it means you don’t have to get up extremely early, but you still have plenty of time to tailgate. That also means you get to watch the other games from around the nation.
This game should be fun just because it shouldn’t be close for very long. Clemson football should be able to handle business fairly early.
As far as weather is concerned, you shouldn’t need a jacket. It’s going to be 85 at game time and, while it will cool off a bit before the end of the game, it’s definitely one of those hot September games.
But, there’s no complaining on my part. I remember going to games in September where it was 97 at game time. That can be miserable.
Next: What does losing kicker Huegel mean for Clemson?
While 85 is hot, it definitely could be a lot worse.
