1. ACC Atlantic Division Championship Game

The ACC Atlantic Division Championship Game has been the matchup between Clemson football and Florida State for the last half-decade.

That very well could change this year.

The Seminoles are without quarterback Deondre Francois for the remainder of the season and that may lead to the division being decided between Clemson and Louisville now.

The winner of this game controls their own destiny to the ACC Championship game the rest of the way through.

It alleviates some of the pressure because the winner will be able to lose another conference game and still win the division.

The loser, on the other hand, will have to hope the winner loses two conference games.

That may have been more likely for either team if FSU had Francois, but now it’s tough to tell what would happen, especially if it were Louisville to win this game.

Clemson football really needs to come out with the win so they can put their stamp as the favorite in the division early.

That’s the first step to getting back to the College Football Playoff.

If the Tigers can do it, they will be in great shape the rest of the season. We will just have to wait and see what happens.
