The Clemson football team will travel up to Louisville to take on the Cardinals this week. Here are five storylines to watch heading into Saturday.

The Clemson football program has won the past two ACC Championships.

The road to No. 3 begins on Saturday.

The Tigers will be facing Atlantic opponent Louisville in a game that very well could decide the division.

Louisville has played Clemson close in all three matchups since joining the ACC. In 2014, the Tigers escaped with a 23-17 win in Death Valley.

In 2015, Clemson was able to come out of Louisville with a 20-17 victory. Last season, as everyone remembers, the Tigers defeated the Cardinals 42-36 in Death Valley.

Louisville is looking for revenge and a chance to vaunt their names into the College Football Playoff talk.

A win over Clemson football would do just that. The Tigers are looking to take control of the ACC Atlantic Division and prove to the nation that they are not going anywhere.
