Clemson football has hosted College GameDay the past two years and has been featured the past seven. Will GameDay make its’ way to Tiger Town in 2017?

Whether you like it or not, College GameDay has become one of the biggest icons of College Football.

Clemson football has hosted the television program the past two seasons (2016- Louisville and 2015- Notre Dame) and has been featured on it the past seven.

Being on College GameDay may be a great fan experience, but it’s also a chance to showcase your program. In Clemson football’s case, it gives the Tigers a chance to say, with the eyes of the nation watching, that they’re not going anywhere.

It also can be great for recruiting. Here’s an enjoyable video of Lee Corso putting on the Tiger head back in 2006 when Clemson faced Georgia Tech.

That being said, I believe there are two weeks that Clemson football could potentially host College GameDay and four that they could be featured on the nationally televised program.
