Under Dabo Swinney, the Tigers have recruited exceptionally well in the state of Georgia. Since taking over as head coach at Clemson in 2008, Swinney has signed 34 peach state prospects.

Swinney and his staff are showing no signs of slowing down either, as they currently hold commitments from the No.1 overall player in the state of Georgia, Trevor Lawrence, and the No. 11 overall player in Georgia, Justin Mascoll.
