Outback Bowl
No. 17 Florida (8-4, 6-2 SEC) vs. Iowa (8-4, 6-3 Big Ten)
Jan. 2 – 1 p.m., ABC
Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Fla.

Average Line: Florida, -2.5

Florida is in big need of a win in this one after their embarassing 41-7 loss to Michigan last season. I respect the job that Kirk Ferentz has done at Iowa this year, the Hawkeyes looked like a shell of themselves early on in the season. The running game was non-exsistant and there defense was inconsistent. Ferentz was able to straight the ship and upset Michigan en route to an eight win season. That being said, I think Florida will win this football game, superior athletes at every level in my opinion.

Score prediction: 31-20 Florida

Players to watch:

Jarod Davis (LB) Florda

Akrum Wadley (RB) Iowa

Jalen Tabor (DB) Florida
