The Clemson Tigers are having yet another stellar season under Dabo Swinney. Success has become the norm for Clemson since Swinney took over in 2008, however, that is no reason to take success for granted. Here are the members of the 2016 Clemson Football team that were named to All-ACC teams.

First team All-ACC

Mike Williams (RJr) WR: Williams has been brilliant in his return from injury, leading the Tigers in receiving with 84 catches for 1,171 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Jordan Leggett (Sr) TE: Jordan Leggett was a late bloomer at Clemson, however, over the past two season he has been one of the Tigers most consistent weapons on offense. This season, Leggett recorded 38 catches for 637 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Jay Guillermo (RSr) Center and Tyrone Crowder (RJr) Guard: Guillermo and Crowder have been mainstay’s on Clemson’s offensive line for the past two seasons. Under the leadership of Guillermo and Crowder, Clemson’s offensive line has been one of the best in the country in sacks allowed over the past two seasons allowing just 18 sacks last season and only 14 thus far this year.

Carlos Watkins (RSr) Defensive Tackle: Carlos Watkins does not receive the attention that some of Clemson’s younger defensive lineman do, however, Watkins has been the Tigers most disruptive lineman all year. On the season, Watkins has 41 total tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks and one blocked kick. Watkins is going to make some NFL team very happy in the near future.

Ben Bouleware (Sr) Linebacker: Bouleware is the unquestioned leader of this stout Clemson defense. The senior leads the Tigers in total tackles with 105 on the season. Bouleware also has 9 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and one interception.

Cordrea Tankersley (Sr) CB: Tankersley has not had the most productive year by normal standards, due in large part to opposing quarterbacks throwing away from him. Despite his dip in numbers from a season ago, Tankersley still has 43 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 6 tackles for loss.

Jadar Johnson (Sr) S: Jadar Johnson has been Clemson’s biggest surprise in 2016. The senior defensive back has been consistent all year, recording 49 total tackles, 5 interceptions, and 1.5 tackles for loss.

Second team All-ACC

Deshaun Watson (Jr) QB: Watson was snubbed for first team All-ACC due to the monstrous number Louisville’s Lamar Jackson was able to put up. Regardless of numbers Watson is the best quarterback and player in my opinion in the entire ACC.

Artavis Scott (Jr) WR: Artavis declared his intentions to leave Clemson early and enter the NFL draft after this season. Scott has been a dynamic play-maker for the Tigers from the moment he stepped on campus. This season, Scott recorded 71 catches for 592 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Wayne Gallman (Jr) RB: Gallman has not been as productive season, due to the array of talent that Clemson’s offense has. Wayne still managed to rush for 1002 yards and 15 touchdowns this season. Gallman will also enter the NFL draft early after this season.

More from Clemson Tigers News

Greg Huegel (RSo) K: Huegel has been much more consistent for Clemson this season. The sophomore kicker has made 62 of his 64 point after attempts and 13 of his 17 field goal attempts.

Dexter Lawrence (Fr) Defensive Tackle: Big Dex has been outstanding in his first year with the Tigers. The baby faced giant has recorded 58 total tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, and 2 blocked kicks.

Third team All-ACC

Christian Wilkins (So) Defensive lineman: I am not quite sure how Wilkins fell to third team All-ACC, maybe the ACC is simply that deep and talented along the defensive line. Slash recorded 44 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and 2 blocked kicks on the year.

Van Smith (So) S: It is good to see Van Smith get the credit he deserves. The talented youngster is a tackling machine with 87 total tackles on the season. Pretty impressive for a defensive back of his size.
