Power-Five Conference Winners

Here are my predictions for the Conference Championship week and the winners of each of those games.

Pac-12 Championship: UCLA vs. Washington

Winner: Washington

Why: Washington has just a bit too much for UCLA and Myles Gaskin carries the Huskies to their first ever win in a Pac-12 Championship game.

Big Ten Championship: Iowa vs. Michigan

Winner: Michigan

Why: Whoever wins the Big Ten East will win the Big Ten Championship game. Iowa is talented, but they’re very vanilla and that doesn’t bode well for them when they match up with one of the powers from the opposite side of the conference.

Big 12 Champion: Oklahoma

SEC Championship: Tennessee vs. Alabama

Winner: Alabama

Why: Until otherwise proven, the Crimson Tide are the team to beat in the SEC. I think they lose to Tennessee in the regular season and then avenge the loss in the Conference Championship game.

ACC Championship: Clemson vs. UNC

Winner: Clemson

Why:  The best team in the nation- not just because this is a Clemson website- is the Clemson Tigers. Clemson is better than every team they will play this season and, at the end of the day, find themselves winning back-to-back ACC Championships.
