Jordan Leggett

Jordan Leggett will be returning for his senior season.

One thing I bet you didn’t know is that Leggett did lead Clemson football in a receiving category last year.

Any guesses?

Touchdown catches. Yep, no one on the team topped Leggett’s eight receptions for touchdowns in 2015 and he is primed to do more damage this upcoming season.

Leggett has improved on his blocking, but this year he will be able to get open even more in the passing game where he prospers due to the amount of talent and depth the Tigers possess at the wide-out position.

I mean, think about it. You cannot put a defensive back on Leggett because all of them will have to pick up wide receivers that can’t be double-teamed. That leaves a linebacker that- for the most part- will be slower and not equipped to cover him.

Could Jordan Leggett be a leading receiver this season? In some categories, probably not, but in others you better watch out for the lengthy, athletic tight end.
