Hunter Renfrow

There are not many players that work harder than wide receiver Hunter Renfrow.

Renfrow played quarterback in high school down at Socastee and transitioned to wide receiver at Clemson as a walk-on and was still doubted when Dabo Swinney decided to give him a scholarship.

As a matter of fact, I received multiple emails, tweets, messages, and comments asking why Dabo was throwing away yet another scholarship. While many were skeptical, the vast majority knew just how hard of a worker he was.

He did not disappoint in 2015.

Renfrow became one of the most consistent wide receivers on the team and began to get more and more looks from the Clemson faithful.

As a matter of fact, had Clemson held on in the National Championship game, Renfrow very well could have been considered for MVP honors and probably would have finished second just behind Deshaun Watson.

Can he lead in receiving yards this year? Probably not. But could he have the most receptions? Absolutely.
