Artavis Scott

Everyone forgets about Artavis Scott and never gives him the credit he deserves.

Scott quietly became the leading receiver in both receptions and yards last season, catching 93 passes for 901 yards and six touchdowns.

Scott has been one of the most reliable receivers for Clemson football over the past two years and almost no one runs the “jet sweep pass” better than him.

He is explosive, runs his routes to perfection, and has consistent hands, but many analysts mention him last when they talk about Clemson’s wide receiver corp.

There’s no reason to believe that Artavis Scott can’t lead the Tigers in receptions and yardage this season and he’s certainly capable of being one of the best wide-outs in the nation for a third consecutive season.

No one will see it and he will probably go unnoticed all the while quietly picking up monster stats for a third consecutive year and receiving accolades and first-round draft grades at the end of the year.
