Clemson Football Recruiting: Christmas Wish List

Rashan Gary

The last player on our “Clemson Football Recruiting Christmas Wish List,” is the number-one player in the nation defensive tackle Rashan Gary.

Gary is, without a doubt, the best player in the nation and wherever he choose to go to school, he will play right away. Rashan Gary is the type of defensive tackle that can stuff the run, but also get in the backfield and disrupt a team’s passing game. He is extremely athletic for his size and his strength is unmatched.

Right now, no one really knows where Rashan Gary will land. Michigan is said to be the favorite, but Alabama is also up there, as well as Auburn, Clemson, Ohio State, Ole Miss, and USC.

Gary has said he will make a decision January 2 at the Under Armour All-American game and I don’t expect Clemson to snag him, but he does have some family ties near Tiger Town and could end up in Clemson when it’s all said and done.

There are some others that could end up Clemson football commits before it’s all said and done. There are several three-stars and even a couple of four-stars not mentioned on this list that are still considering the Tigers, but for now this is where we are heading into Christmas.
