4. The only player to throw for 3,500+ yards and rush for 800+ yards

Now that we’ve talked a little bit about Derrick Henry, let’s talk about Deshaun Watson. Watson is the only player in the country to throw for 3,500 yards and rush for 800 more.

He is, without a doubt, the best quarterback in the nation, using both his running ability and passing ability to lead the Tiger offense. Watson is extremely efficient in what he does, as well.

At the beginning of the season, he was a little more prone to interceptions, but has done a better job the second half of the season. As a matter of fact, out of the 11 interceptions throw by him this season, seven of them were throw in the first half of the year.

Defenses have to plan for him to do both and, in turn, that opens up the offense to do even more.
