6. Rodney Williams

Rodney Williams is one of the greatest quarterbacks in school history. He currently holds the Clemson Football record for most wins as a starting quarterback, tied with Tajh Boyd. During his tenure at Clemson, he won a total of 32 times and still holds the record for most starts by a quarterback (44) in a career.

In his career, he finished with 4,647 yards passing and 16 touchdowns. Although the statistics are not great, he went 122 passes without throwing an interception and led Clemson to three ACC Championships during his career as a Tiger.

He also finished his career with three bowl victories; A win over Stanford in the 1986 Gator Bowl, a win over Penn State in the 1988 Citrus Bowl, and a win over Oklahoma in the 1989 Florida Citrus Bowl.

Williams came back to Clemson and is now the Color Analyst for the Clemson Tiger Sports Radio Network working alongside Don Munsen calling Clemson football games.
