Greg Huegel

Greg Huegel did not attempt a field goal all day long and that’s okay. Guess what? He did his job. Huegel put the ball through the uprights when he was called upon six different times when he went 6/6 on PAT attempts. Obviously, Clemson football fans wanted to see him attempt a field goal of at least medium-range depth, but I still think he deserves to be mentioned among this list of guys.

Huegel stepped in with 80,000 people watching and drilled the extra point attempts. As long as he can consistently do that and kick medium-range field goals, he will be more than serviceable for the Clemson football team this season. Congratulations Greg Huegel on getting the first start of your career.
