4. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Clemson faces Notre Dame on October 3 for a historical match up. The Fighting Irish return eight starters and are led by a talented and experienced group up front. The Fighting Irish finished last season on a four-game losing streak that set their program back, but were able to defeat LSU in the bowl game to give them a little momentum going into the off-season.
This should be a tough challenge for Clemson, talent-wise, but fortunately, the Tigers get this one at home and an Open Date to prepare for The Fighting Irish.
