No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels

The North Carolina Tar Heels appear to be the most talented team in the Coastal division, and it could earn them a spot in the ACC Championship Game.

Most would assume that the Tar Heels are locked in with Marquise Williams at quarterback this year, but Williams has been battling with redshirt freshman Mitch Trubisky. Considering how Williams keyed North Carolina’s run towards the end of last season, it seems safe to assume that Trubisky is just a second quality quarterback, and the competition is not a sign of weakness from Williams. Watch for the possibility that both quarterbacks may be used in 2014.

The Tar Heels do have to replace two important pieces from their offensive line, LT James Hurst and C Russell Bodine, but they are loaded at the skill positions and return the majority of their starting defense from last season.
