The quarterback situation is what’s on every Clemson football fan’s mind heading into the season. Check out our three-part article on what will happen.

The quarterback battle in Clemson football’s fall camp is heating up and it’s just getting started.

After Clemson lost Heisman finalist Deshaun Watson to the NFL back in January, the speculation began on who would replace him as the starter, with good reason.

More so than any other question, every Tiger fan wants to know who center Justin Falcinelli will snapping the ball to against Kent State in Game 1 and, if that same quarterback will be the starter come November against in-state rival South Carolina.

It’s a tough situation to describe and, really, I don’t think the coaching staff knows what will happen just yet.

Everyone has their own personal take as to what will unfold in fall camp and as the season progresses, but the truth is that there’s certainly a question mark no matter who gets the starting position.

Here’s the my take on what will happen at quarterback situation for Clemson football in 2017.

To make this easier to read, I have divided this article in three parts:

  1. The competitors and their strengths/weaknesses
  2.  How the offense will run with each QB at the helm, 3.
  3. What will end up happening for Clemson football in 2017.
