We are about six weeks away from the start of the 2025 Clemson football season, but it feels like it's right around the corner. That LSU game feels like it's next week at this point in the offseason.

Fans cannot wait for that opening kickoff against the other Tigers from Death Valley. It can't come soon enough, especially since many believe that Clemson will be one of the top national championship contenders with a legit Heisman-caliber quarterback under center.

Entering the season, we all know who the star players will be. Cade Klubnik leads a talented group that also has Antonio Williams, Bryant Wesco, and TJ Moore, while the other side of the ball is led by Peter Woods, TJ Parker, and Avieon Terrell. There's a ton of talent on both sides of the ball, but there are also some under-the-radar guys who should have big seasons who no one is talking about yet.

Earlier this month, ESPN unveiled its list of sleeper players from each Top 25 team heading into the 2025 season.

The pick for Clemson? Tyler Brown.

It's a solid pick. Two years ago, he was a breakout freshman, catching 52 passes for 531 yards and four touchdowns, but he took a step back in 2024 due to an ankle injury, and Williams, Wesco, and Moore all stepped up. He was a freshman All-American who was expected to just grow his role in 2024, but that ankle injury forced him into a redshirt.

Now that he's fully healthy again, people have seemingly forgot just how good he was two years ago and that's going to catch a lot of defenses off guard.

Imagine having to focus on a three-headed monster as well as talented transfer Tristan Smith but then a fourth or fifth option who was a freshman All-American two years ago runs out onto the field. That's just not fair.

Defenses won't be able to key in on 1-2 guys. There are legit 3-4 WR1 options on this team, and Brown has to be considered one of them.
