The Tigers are catching a break against Texas. One of the Longhorns' biggest weapons will not suit up for today's game.

Eric Henry with Horns247 reported that Isaiah Bond will sit out after suffering a high ankle sprain against Georgia in the SEC Championship game. It's a significant blow for Texas, as he's arguably the second-best receiver on the team. He's the third-leading receiver for the Horns and tie for second for passing touchdowns. However, he's done it despite seeing limited action against Oklahoma and missing the Vanderbilt game entirely.

The Longhorns aren't going without, though. Texas still has Matthew Golden, who has 738 yards and eight touchdowns. Plus, they have star TE Gunner Helm. He's recorded 611 yards and is tied with Bond for touchdowns with five.

Clemson and Texas will kick off their game at 4:00 PM ET, and you can catch the game on TNT or stream it on the Max App.
