Spring ball is here and that means we can take our minds off that crushing loss by the basketball team in the first round to McNeese and focus on Dabo Swinney and Co. and some budding stars like T.J. Parker who may be more of a budding superstar.

After a strong sophomore season in 2024, Parker is making waves in the NFL draft prospect world as there are many scouts and experts who are high on the junior defensive lineman.

The former top-50 recruit had a monster 2024 campaign in which he recorded 57 total tackles, 20 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, and an ACC-high six forced fumbles. He was one of the best ends in the conference and no opposing quarterback wanted to see him coming.

And Pro Football Focus thinks that the NFL will see him coming sooner rather than later, even lauding him as a potential top-10 pick in next year's draft.

The Tigers could use another huge season from Parker as they're looking to get back to the College Football Playoff and if he plays in 2025 like he did in 2024, Clemson is going to be one of the best teams in the country with a stingy defense. I think that's more likely than not.

Through two seasons with Clemson, Parker has 89 total tackles, 33 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks. That's not just good, it's great and top-10 worthy if he were to enter the NFL draft tomorrow.

However, he'll have to wait until next April to potentially hear his name called and if all goes as planned, it'll be in the first round in the top 10 as he becomes the next great Clemson pass-rusher.
