247Sports updates their 2024 football prospect rankings

247Sports announced an update to their rankings on Monday and multiple Clemson commitments saw changes.

As expected, TJ Moore saw a strong bump and is now a 5-star player.

Elyjah Thurmon and Christian Bentancur also saw increases.

Following the update, the Tigers are No. 12 in the 2024 class rankings with an average rating of 90.45, which is the 17th best average.

Clemson Football will play all games on Saturdays in 2024

The Atlantic Coast Conference has been announcing components of their 2024 football schedule one piece at a time. The first announcement was for Week 1 games, which didn’t impact Clemson Football because the Tigers already knew they were playing Georgia to open the season.

The second piece of information could have impacted Clemson, but it didn’t, and that is a very good thing.

I know some fans enjoy seeing the Tigers on Thursdays or Labor Day Monday, so I completely understand if some readers don’t agree with my statement that an all-Saturday schedule is a good thing.

The balance of the 2024 ACC schedule will be released by the end of January. Times and networks will be announced a few weeks before the scheduled date for each game. This will be the first season in the ACC for Stanford, California and SMU.

Clemson Gymnastics is ranked 19th nationally

Clemson Gymnastics is off to a hot start in their inaugural season. They are 2-0 and just won their first conference matchup with Pittsburgh.

Multiple Tiger gymnasts hold strong positions in the ACC.

Clemson is 19th in the nation after two matches.
