Clemson Men’s Golf finishes first round of stroke play at NCAA Championship
Clemson Men’s Golf is tied for 25th place at the NCAA Championship after the first round of stroke play. The Tigers have a score of +18, tied with Utah.
Virginia is tied for the lead with Arizona. North Carolina is in third place.
The championship continues today with the second round of stroke play. After the third round, the field is cut to the top 15 programs, so Clemson has some ground to make up.
Clemson Baseball closes ACC Tournament with a win over the Cardinals
Clemson Baseball earned another come-from-behind victory on Friday against Louisville in the ACC Tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Tigers fell behind 6-0 by the fourth inning but chipped away at the lead to tie it 7-7 in the eighth inning. Clemson loaded the bases in the ninth inning to bring Jimmy Obertop to the plate. The Cardinals walked Obertop with four straight balls to walk in the game-ending run.
Next for the Tigers will be the announcement of the 16 host sites for regionals in the NCAA Tournament, which will include Clemson. Those sites will be revealed at 8:30 PM on Sunday. They will find out if they have grabbed a top 8 seed on Monday at noon when the full field is announced.

Clemson Women’s Golf player Annabelle Pancake was named an honorable mention player on the WGCA All-America Team. Pancake finished 7th individually at the NCAA Championship.
Clemson Women’s Soccer announced their 2024 schedule for this fall. They will start with an exhibition against Georgia at Historic Riggs Field. They open the regular season on the road at Auburn before hosting High Point to begin their home schedule. They will visit South Carolina on September 5th.
