Clemson Football hosts a highly-rated 2025 prospect

This morning we ran through the confirmed attendees for Clemson Football's Elite Junior Day on Saturday January 27th. While this is an important event, not every target from the Class of 2025 will be able to attend.

One such name is DJ Pickett. He is a 6'-2" and 170 pound safety prospect from Tampa, Florida. He is a 5-star in the 247Sports Composite, ranked 7th nationally.

Pickett didn't wait for the Elite Junior weekend and instead visited this past weekend. He is being recruited with both sides of the ball in mind, as represented by both Mickey Conn and Tyler Grisham in the photo he posted to X.

This Friday isn't the only junior day for Clemson. They hold another one later in March, and Rock Hill wide receiver Malik Clark has confirmed that he plans to attend.

There are a couple more big names that we know plan to visit this spring, but haven't publicly stated a date yet.

The biggest target is Charlotte's David Sanders, the 2nd ranked prospect nationally in the 247Sports Composite. On3 confirms that he is visiting Clemson this spring.

Luke Winstel with Clemson Sports has reached out to Tae Harris and confirmed that he plans to visit this spring. Harris recently decommitted from Georgia.
