Clemson Football Recruiting: Tigers offer two 2026 quarterbacks
By John Chancey
Clemson Football Recruiting has picked up steam over the past two weeks. The staff entertained several 2025 prospects on campus at the beginning of June, which led to the verbal commitments of Grayson Littleton and Rowan Byrne.
The Tigers’ 2025 class is now ranked 3rd in the 247Sports Composite.
Clemson has also begun offering scholarships to prospects in the Class of 2026. Several received offers during the first weekend of June.
Additionally, the Tigers have been hosting several key prospects on campus for camp workouts. The players have been able to work out directly for members of Dabo Swinney’s staff, and several of them walked away with scholarship offers.
The two highest-profile offers went to quarterbacks. Tait Reynolds (6’-3”, 195 lbs) from Queen Creek, Arizona was offered by the Tigers.
Reynolds also plays baseball and could be a multi-sport player in college.
The second quarterback offered was Brady Hart from Cocoa, Florida. Hart is 6’-4” and 180 pounds and is a 4-star in the 247Sports Composite. He is ranked 144th nationally regardless of position.
Brady Hart’s announcement of an offer was followed quickly by projections to select Clemson Football
247’s Tom Loy entered a Crystal Ball with a confidence of 6 for Hart to select the Tigers.
Mike Singer of On3 also logged a projection for Hart to Clemson.
Offensive coordinator Garrett Riley identified his primary target, Brian Hebert, and Clemson’s camps about one year ago. Hebert became their primary target and he verbally committed soon after.
It would be an impressive feat if Riley could accomplish the same result two offseasons in a row. Projections do not include timetables for offers, so we have no idea right now if Hart has a timeline in mind for his recruitment.
Several more offers have been distributed as well. RTR will have more on them soon.
