The College Football Playoff predictions have turned completely upside down after this past weekend. Fortunately, Clemson remains and even moved up one spot to No. 9.

This week's CFP prediction has two new teams. Iowa State is making its first appearance after routing Houston 20-0. The Cyclones aren't an elite team, but they are 4-0 with little to no hurdles blocking their path. If they can get past Oklahoma State and Kansas State, they could be undefeated at the end of the season, earning a trip to the Big 12 Championship.

However, Oregon made it on the week one CFP prediction but lost its place after struggling against Boise State. It was always on the fringe of making it back on the list, waiting for something to happen that boosts them back. Well, the insanity that was college football last week was enough to do it.

The games that caused such a mess were Georgia at Alabama and Kentucky at Ole Miss. The first was probably the greatest game fans will see all season. The Tide crushed Georgia in the first half but nearly gave up the game with 2:31 left. But an amazing play by Ryan Williams on the next play flipped the score in favor of Alabama.

On the other hand, Ole Miss is on fraud alert after losing to Kentucky 21-20. Kentucky isn't a horrible team, but they weren't supposed to be close to the squad Ole Miss is. The Rebels fluffed up their record by adding bad teams on the front end of their schedule and, after failing miserably in their first real test, fooled all of college football.
