PJ Hall continues to rack up productive outings early in his G League run, making his most complete game to date despite Greensboro’s 147–138 loss to the Maine Celtics on Sunday.

The former Clemson standout ended with 29 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and three blocks in 32 minutes, shooting 12-of-17 from the field, 1-of-3 from three, and 3-of-3 at the free-throw line. Hall led the Swarm in both scoring and rebounding while impacting the game on both ends of the floor.

The stat line reflects efficiency as much as volume. Hall converted more than 70 percent of his field-goal attempts, scored at every level, and stayed active defensively as a rim protector. His five assists are another example of a frontcourt player continuing to develop as a playmaker rather than someone reliant only on scoring.

Over four regular-season G League appearances, Hall has averaged 17.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.0 blocks in 29.9 minutes per game, production that puts him among the more versatile bigs in the early sample size. His rebounding ability has been especially stable; Hall often reaches double digits on the glass in multiple games while maintaining scoring efficiency.

Hall’s offensive profile at the collegiate level has also translated well to the professional level. His ability to score in the post, finish through contact, and stretch the floor when appropriate, along with quickly reading double teams for quick action, has emerged. The assist numbers reflect his comfort facilitating offense from the elbows and short roll, an area he is continuing to develop as he adjusts to G League spacing and pace. Defensively, Hall’s impact goes beyond shot-blocking totals. His rim play, willingness to contest vertically, and ability to recover in pick-and-roll coverage have allowed him to stay on the floor for long stretches. The three blocks against Maine were consistent with his pattern this season of a consistent interior presence.

Though Greensboro hasn’t converted Hall’s production into wins during this stretch, his individual performance trajectory has been steady. The combination of scoring efficiency, rebounding consistency, and passing touch in a season of transition suggests a player settling into the professional game without relying solely on isolated strengths.

Hall’s continued minutes and varied matchups across the G League schedule suggest he is capable of contributing in multiple facets rather than being limited to a single role. His recent performance against Maine stands as the clearest example yet of that all-around impact.
