After reaching the playoff for the first time in a few years, Clemson football heads into the 2025 season with some momentum and we're seeing it right now on the recruiting trail.

Dabo Swinney's success on the recruiting trail over the past week has been heavily discussed and while we don't need to get into that right now, it needs to be acknowledged that he's on one of the best runs he's had in years.

The momentum seems to be on Clemson's side right now and fans might just be able to buy the next EA Sports College Football video game with Tiger representation on the cover.

According to a cover leak by Hayes Fawcett, it looks like Clemson's mascot could be featured on the next cover of the game (and it almost looks like a Clemson player right next to him, too).

It's difficult to really tell, but that looks like a No. 24 Clemson jersey in the back by the Tiger mascot but I have a hard time believing that Tyler Venables was asked to join the EA Sports College Football 26 photoshoot. If anyone is going to be on the cover, I'd expect it to be Cade Klubnik and that's definitely not him.

Either way, it might or might not be Venables or some other Clemson player, but I'm just going to assume it's not and the only representation for the program on the cover is the Tiger.

Can't be mad at that. Win games and get back on top of the college football world and we could see a Tiger player on the cover next year instead of just a mascot.
