Folks, Clemson football is getting another elite quarterback commit.

Looking to follow in Cade Klubnik's footsteps, four-star commit Tait Reynolds, who also happens to be a dual-sport athlete looking to play baseball at Clemson, too, has been invited to the Elite 11 finals in Los Angeles later this summer.

Back in 2021, Klubnik was invited to the Elite 11 finals and he ended up winning the MVP award among some elite quarterbacks there like Quinn Ewers and Drew Allar.

Before Klubnik was Trevor Lawrence and DJ Uiagalelei (who opted to skip the event) but one of those guys had more success as we all know. Reynolds is looking to join a long line of successful Clemson quarterbacks who participated in the Elite 11 finals and played well.

Reynolds is an excellent athlete, projecting as a two-sport star at Clemson as he hopes to join Erik Bakich's team as well as Dabo's. It's not an easy feat, but he believes he can do it at a high level.

The four-star quarterback from Arizona has been committed to Clemson since July of 2024 and he picked the Tigers over the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, BYU, Colorado, Florida State, Iowa State, Kansas State, Miami, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin, among others. He was clearly a coveted recruit.

Reynolds was the 19th invitee to the Elite 11 finals with one spot remaining. He now has a chance to prove himself as the best quarterback in the country.

The four-star Arizona native is ranked the No. 278 overall recruit and No. 21 quarterback in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite. He also holds 29 offers.
