Game day is finally here and Clemson basketball closes the regular season at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday night against a Virginia Tech team that has been the definition of mediocre this season.

After holding on against Boston College earlier this week, the Tigers will need to beat Virginia Tech on Saturday evening in order to stay alive in the ACC title race, hoping for a Duke loss to North Carolina later at night.

Let's get bold ahead of the matchup.

1. Two seniors score 20-plus

On Senior Day, Clemson is going to put on a show for the fans. In fact, two seniors are going to score at least 20 points while two more score in double figures.

Chase Hunter and Ian Schieffelin will each hit the 20-point mark and Jaeden Zackery and Viktor Lakhin will score in double figures. Will this be enough to beat Virginia Tech? Absolutely as the Hokies don't have a ton of firepower, but it'll be good to see this offense firing on all cylinders heading into the postseason.

It'll be a fun Senior Day.

2. Clemson hits 15 threes

A good game for a good 3-point shooting team is usually around 40 percent with close to 10 threes made but Clemson will have a great game on Saturday.

The Tigers will open up with five threes in the first 10 minutes, really setting the tone against the lowly Hokies, before hitting 10 in the final 30 minutes to finish with 15 on the game. They'll hit 15-for-28 as this will be one of the best offensive games we'll see all year for Clemson.

Save some of that for the NCAA Tournament, right?

3. The win will eventually lead to an ACC title share

Call me crazy, but I can see a North Carolina upset of Duke tonight. The Tar Heels need to make a statement in order to get into the NCAA Tournament field comfortably and beating arguably the best team in the country would qualify.

Obviously I'm predicting a Clemson win over the Hokies who are just 13-17 on the season and this victory will end up pulling the Tigers even with Duke atop the ACC.

This will be Clemson's first conference title in 35 years.
