Dabo Swinney is making sure the Clemson family pipeline stays as strong as ever.

After putting on a show at Dabo Swinney’s Football Camp, the Tigers wasted no time in keeping it all in the family, handing a coveted legacy offer to 2028 edge rusher Quinn Jacobs. Clemson fans already know the Jacobs name—Quinn is the younger brother of Tiger sophomore Brayden Jacobs and the son of NFL great Brandon Jacobs. That’s a whole lot of orange blood running through those veins.

Jacobs wasted no time sharing his excitement on social media, posting:

"WOW! I am blessed to have received an offer from Clemson University! Big thanks to @ClemsonFB @BrandonJacobs27 @CoachDezWalker @BTCHSFootball @CoachEdDudley63 @Rivals @RivalsCamp @On3Recruiting @PrepRedzone @benjaminwolk"

A Familiar Face in Tiger Town

The Tigers are locked in on wrapping up a loaded 2027 class, but when a special talent comes through Tiger Town, the staff knows it. Jacobs is no stranger to Death Valley—he’s been a regular at Swinney’s camps and even made the pilgrimage for Clemson’s electric season opener against LSU. This is a kid who already bleeds orange.

Standing 6-foot-3 and tipping the scales at 245 pounds, Jacobs made an instant impact after transferring to Blessed Trinity from Buford. His combination of brute strength and freakish athleticism has college coaches from all over scrambling to get in the mix, with Wake Forest, Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, Samford, and Western Kentucky all trying to pry him away from the Clemson family.

Freakish Speed in the Trenches

What really separates Jacobs from the pack is his flat-out ridiculous speed for a guy his size. He’s been torching stopwatches with a 4.5-second shuttle and a 4.7 in the 40—numbers that make recruiters do a double take.

His proud father took to social media to showcase the young phenom's athletic gifts, writing:

"15 year old kid by the name of Quinn Jacobs weighing 245 running a 4.7. Yall follow him @thequinnjacobs @RivalsHS @RecruitGeorgia @EdOBrienCFB @TheUCReport"

No shock here—the Tigers are the heavy favorite to keep this future star in the family. The Rivals Prediction Machine gives Clemson a whopping 87.7% shot to land Quinn and reunite him with his brother in orange. Kentucky, Wake Forest, and North Carolina are all just fighting for scraps at this point.

Sure, it’s early in the process and a monster junior year could bring even more schools calling, but right now, Clemson has a huge head start to keep this legacy right where he belongs—in Tiger Town.
