Former Clemson football WR Amari Rodgers has had the ‘red carpet’ rolled out for him as he begins his professional career with the Green Bay Packers.
Rodgers was one of the hotter names coming into the 2021 NFL Draft when we talked about Day 2 prospects and he ultimately was selected by the Packers with the No. 85 overall pick after the franchise decided to trade up.
Since he was selected, there has been nothing but glowing reviews. The Packers’ official website wrote an in-depth piece about Rodgers’ resilience entitled ‘There’s no stopping Amari Rodgers.’
All over social media, Packers fans have shown their excitement for the third-round pick in a way that you typically don’t see when discussing a mid-rounder.
I’m pretty satisfied with the amount of Amari Rodgers I have across the board. Best Ball, dynasty etc.

The former Clemson football WR has the potential to be great in a Packers uniform
There are a lot of questions surrounding the Packers franchise as a whole with a man named A. Rodgers, but it’s not Amari Rodgers.
The overarching belief among many NFL analysts is that franchise QB Aaron Rodgers wants a trade and will not be in Green Bay by the start of the 2021 season, however that is not set in stone by any means. If it does prove to be the case, it could set back what Amari Rodgers is able to accomplish right off the bat.
But what we will tell you is that Rodgers in that ‘all-purpose position’ or even in the slot could be dangerous in any offense, even if Jordan Love is the quarterback.
Rodgers has the athleticism of a wide receiver but is built like a running back. His physicality and ability to make plays is going to be on display early on in his career and Packers fans are understandably excited about the potential he brings to the franchise.
