Former Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence is getting ready to make the move to Jacksonville when his name is called with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft this Thursday evening.

It’s the worst-kept secret in the NFL that Trevor Lawrence is going to be the next face of the franchise for the Jacksonville Jaguars, even though he hasn’t officially joined the team yet.

Because of that, we’ve got to believe that Lawrence is already looking at real estate options and the fact of the matter is that he’s going to have quite the budget (depending on how much he wants to spend) when he does decide to buy or build a house.

The best real estate options for Trevor Lawrence in the Jacksonville area

Using Realtor.com, we looked at some of the most luxurious properties that Lawrence could consider when looking to buy a house and narrowed it down to three. He’s expected to make somewhere in the range of $35 million on his rookie contract, which is four years, and that averages out to $8.75 million per year.

Here’s a look at some properties he might consider:

The listing price for this five-bedroom, 5.5 bath house with 6,014 square feet is $1.39 million. The house features an elevator to go up from the garage, a large pool, spacious rooms and a balcony to overlook the pool.

If Trevor Lawrence is looking for a nice bit of land and some privacy, this one might be the one. This home sits on 2.2 acres and is riverfront. It has a large pond in the front yard and pool in the backyard looking out on the lake. The asking price is $1.29 million and it includes 7,693 square-feet with eight bedrooms and six bathrooms.

This house has a little bit of it all and absolutely would be a perfect fit for Lawrence. It has 5,886 square-feet with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The asking price is $1.69 million and it includes its own personal indoor pool, a spiraling staircase, a patio bar area, a basketball court with two goals and it backs up to St. Johns River with its own dock.

These are just three of the many houses we found in the area that Lawrence will be looking to buy.

Jacksonville is a pretty area and there’s no doubt that he and Marissa will find a great place as he begins his professional career.

They may not opt for the luxurious $1 million-plus house, but he can absolutely afford to do whatever he wants with that upcoming contract and several endorsement deals.
