Former Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence married his high school sweetheart, Marissa Mowry, this past weekend in what was a beautiful day.

Lawrence and Mowry checked at the Masters earlier in the week before the two made their way up to Bluffton, S.C. where they were married Saturday evening.

Following the wedding, Marissa posted some pictures on Instagram from the day.

Seeing the pictures wasn’t enough for a few Jacksonville Jaguars fans, though, as they prepare to deem Lawrence the next face of their franchise in just a little less than a month.

Jaguars fans bought Trevor Lawrence all kinds of crazy gifts off his wedding registry

According to the Jaguar Report, a couple of Jags fans had the idea to raise some money to buy a $299.99 toaster off the wedding registry for Lawrence and Mowry, but it quickly went far past that $300 threshold.

Before long, they passed the $6,250 mark.

Eric Dillard, who helped organizer the fund raiser, said he eventually got in touch with Trevor Lawrence’s agent and they agreed to give the money to charity on Lawrence’s behalf.

Other gifts like pillows, a chopping block and a vacuum have been given to Lawrence by Jags fans.

It’s all in good fun and there’s no doubt that the folks down in Jacksonville are enamored with Lawrence and what he could bring to their offense, in combination with Urban Meyer as the new head coach.

It will be interesting to see how Lawrence enjoys living down in the Jacksonville area and what that team looks like as they begin to build around him over the next few seasons.

More than anything, we at Rubbing the Rock want to wish Trevor and Marissa a sincere ‘congratulations.’ Both have been instrumental in helping the communities they’ve been a part of and there’s no doubt they’ll continue to do that in Jacksonville.
