Clemson football spring game ticket allotments will be settled this week

Around 19,000 Clemson football fans will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the Orange & White Spring Game inside of Death Valley in just a couple of weeks when the Tigers host the annual glorified scrimmage.

It was announced just a couple of weeks ago that Clemson football would be welcoming the same number of fans who were present for each home game last fall into Death Valley for the spring game and that the Tigers would be doing so through a system that puts a priority on IPTAY members.

From March 17-22, Clemson football fans who were members of IPTAY were asked to put in their ticket requests. The Ticket Office will then notify them of their requests by Wednesday, March 24. Any remaining tickets will go on-sale to the general public on ClemsonTigers.com at the price of $10. Those tickets will go on the website beginning March 25. Student tickets will be made available at a later date.

While you never know, we wouldn’t expect Clemson football fans looking to purchase tickets as part of the ‘general public’ to have much of a selection.

With just a 19,000-seat capacity and student tickets being made available, as well, the expectation should be that IPTAY members will easily take up that number and many may be left out when it’s all said and done, as well.

The demand for tickets for the scrimmage is still extremely high and we shouldn’t be surprised that is the case.

No matter where you fall on the spectrum, though, you should have a pretty solid answer this week as to whether or not you’ll be attending the Clemson spring game in-person or if you’ll be watching it on the ACC Network.

If you do miss out on getting to attend this year’s spring game, there is good news: The plan for Clemson football currently is to have full-capacity attendance this fall.
