The Clemson football team will be back in action this Saturday to take on the Florida State Seminoles

The Clemson football team will be back in action after a long layoff following the open date.

The Tigers are set to take on the Florida State Seminoles in Tallahassee at 12 p.m. Saturday live on ABC. Clemson enters the game considered a 34.5-point favorite over the Seminoles and the Tigers are looking to get back in the win column following a loss to Notre Dame a couple of weeks ago in South Bend.

As we continue to prepare for the upcoming matchup, let’s take a look at something that will likely play little factor into the game: The Weather.

Clemson football weather report vs. Florida State

High: 78 degrees

Low: 59 degrees

Temp at Kickoff: 72 degrees

Wind: 10 mph

Chance of Rain: 10 percent

Humidity: 68 percent

Analysis:

The Clemson football players will get to enjoy a slight bit warmer weather than we’ve experienced in South Carolina the last few days (with highs in the upstate around the mid-to-low 60s).

The Tigers have an opportunity to play a game in which we’re going to see them heavily favored with good weather. There’s basically no threat of rain and the humidity is going to be low, which will make for an excellent after for football.

As far as the actual game is concerned, all we can say is that the Tigers hold a heavy Vegas spread for a reason. Florida State has seen several of its top players opt out and a few more lost to injury for the season. That team was already tormented enough.

Now, they’re going to have face a Clemson football team that is close to being healthy again and has had to sit and marinate on a loss for the past two weeks? Good luck with that.

dark. Next. Can FSU ever become competitive again?
