The 2021 Clemson football recruiting class has great promise as we head into the summer. Here’s a look at six 5-stars the Tigers would love to have.

The 2021 Clemson football recruiting class is currently ranked the No. 2 class in the nation, according to the 247 Sports’ Composite Team Rankings.

The Tigers finished inside the top-three of every single major recruiting service during the 2020 season and they aren’t looking to take any step back this time around.

While Clemson football already has commitments from some of the top players in the nation, including 5-star DE Korey Foreman and 5-star LB Jeremiah Trotter Jr., it’s clear that the Tigers want more.

Here’s a look at six 5-stars in the 2021 class that the Clemson football coaching staff would love to have.

6. Tristan Leigh, OT

Tristan Leigh, a 6-foot-5, 275 pound, offensive tackle is currently considered a lean towards Clemson.

Though Leigh’s recruitment is still early, it would be great to pick-up the offensive tackle. The Tigers are likely looking to take somewhere between 3-4 offensive linemen in this class and they already have two interior linemen.

That leaves them with a need of at least one offensive tackle- most likely two- and Leigh is clearly at the top of the list.
