The Clemson football team had its spring practice cut short, but that didn’t stop some Tigers from standing out during the nine sessions.

The 2020 Clemson football team had its spring practice cut short, but that didn’t stop the Tigers from having a productive nine sessions of practice.

Though Clemson football fans will have to wait quite a while before they see the Tigers in action again, there’s still plenty that we can glean from spring practice.

Here’s a look at 10 of the top performers during spring practice. For this list, we decided to stay away from some of the star names like Trevor Lawrence, Travis Etienne and Tyler Davis, who obviously had great springs.

10. B.T. Potter

One of the biggest questions coming into the 2020 season was if B.T. Potter could find a way to become consistent.

Potter has always shown the ability to develop into an elite kicker, but was just far too inconsistent during his first season as the Tigers.

Well, Dabo Swinney was impressed with what he saw out of Potter in the spring.

Swinney told the media that Potter had hit 34-of-35 field goal attempts in the spring and looked leaps-and-bounds better than what Tiger fans saw during 2019.
