3. Fred Davis II, 5-star CB

Fred Davis II is just a talented cornerback and that will force the Tigers’ hand to play him, in my opinion.

Davis II will enter a cornerback room with talented players like Derion Kendrick, Sheridan Jones, Mario Goodrich and Andrew Booth, but he’ll be able to compete with the best of them.

I’m really looking forward to seeing Davis’s pure athleticism and pure-coverage ability on display.

He’s a bit smaller and I don’t expect him to win the starting position, but the Tigers will definitely give the freshman his opportunity to earn playing time.
