The Clemson football team will take on the Virginia Cavaliers Saturday evening in Bank of America Stadium. Here’s a look at the injury report.

The Clemson football team will take on the Virginia Cavaliers Saturday night for the ACC Championship, and the Tigers should pretty much be at full health.

Each week on Rubbing the Rock, we give you an injury report for the Tigers heading into their respective matchup.

Here’s a look at that injury report for the ACC Championship, which is set to kickoff at 7:30 p.m. in Bank of America Stadium.

Injury Report vs. Virginia Cavaliers:

  • LB Bryton Constantin (Torn ACL), out for season
  • OL Blake Vinson (Patella injury), out for season

Other than the two Clemson football players- Constantin and Vinson- who have been out for the season with injuries, the Tigers seem pretty good going into this one.

Starting Offensive Tackle Jackson Carman suffered an ankle injury last week against South Carolina, but was able to walk off the field under his own power. Dabo Swinney told the media earlier this week that Carman looked good and that he fully expects the left tackle to be able to go Saturday evening.

It will be interesting, however, to see how Carman looks early in this one. Even a minor ankle injury can be re-aggravated if you step the wrong way or cut too far one direction or another. We’ll be looking to see how Carman gets out of his stance and if he has that full range of motion that we’re used to see with him from that tackle spot.

Clemson CB AJ Terrell was shaken up against South Carolina last Saturday afternoon when he collided with teammate Isaiah Simmons on a punt, but he returned to the game and looked fine in practice this week, as well, from all accounts.
