The game time has been released for the Palmetto Bowl. Here’s a look as the Clemson football team prepares for in-state rival South Carolina.

The 2019 Clemson football team has just one obstacle remaining in its way of another perfect regular season.

The Tigers improved to 11-0 with a 52-3 victory over Wake Forest last week and will now have an open date before concluding the regular season with the annual grudge match against in-state rival South Carolina.

The Gamecocks (4-7) will be looking to play spoiler to Clemson’s perfect season and the Tigers’ CFB Playoff hopes as they have already been eliminated from bowl contention. The game will be played in Williams-Brice Stadium and South Carolina Coach Will Muschamp’s job may very well be on the line.

Here’s a look at what Clemson football fans should know about the 2019 Palmetto Bowl, set to take place a little less than two weeks from now.

Game Time:

It was announced Monday morning that the Clemson-South Carolina game will be played at noon Saturday, Nov. 30 and broadcasted live on ESPN.

This is the first time we’ve gotten a noon game in the rivalry in several years, as the game has typically been played at night over the course of the last few seasons.

In addition to the Clemson football game time, the ACC announced that Georgia at Georgia Tech would broadcast at noon on ABC and that Florida State at Florida would be at 7:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.

Early Odds:

The Tigers will be looking to make it six-straight against South Carolina and Vegas is expected to like Clemson’s chances.

While there has not been an official opening line released yet, most experts agree that this will be a record-breaking line for the Palmetto Bowl. In 2018, Clemson opened as a 26.5-point favorite, which was the highest spread in the history of the rivalry. From all accounts, we can expect the spread to be very similar and most likely higher than that number this time around.
