What games will Clemson football fans be watching this weekend? Here’s a look at our TV Guide for week 12 of the College Football season.

The Clemson football team will take on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons Saturday afternoon for the last game of the season in Death Valley.

Outside of Tiger Town, though, there are also some interesting games that Clemson football fans should keep their eyes on.

Whether you’re unable to get to Clemson and will be watching College Football on your television, or if you’ll be in Tiger Town for the big game but are looking for a comprehensive menu of games to keep up with and watching during your tailgate, Rubbing the Rock has you covered.

Here’s a look at our TV Guide, specifically tailored to Clemson football fans, for Week 12 of the season.

TV Guide: CFB Week 12

Noon Slate

  • #5 Alabama at Mississippi State, 12 p.m. (ESPN)
  • Indiana at #9 Penn State, 12 p.m. (ABC)
  • Michigan State at #15 Michigan, 12 p.m. (FOX)
  • #11 Florida at Missouri, 12 p.m. (CBS)

The noon slate could potentially have an interesting game or two, but this slot is more about watching to see how Alabama and Penn State respond after losing last week. The rivalry game between Michigan and Michigan State could also be interesting if the Spartans somehow find a way to keep it close heading into the fourth quarter.

Afternoon Slate

  • #23 Navy at #16 Notre Dame, 2:30 p.m. (NBC)
  • Wake Forest at #3 Clemson, 3:30 p.m. (ABC)
  • #4 Georgia at #12 Auburn, 3:30 p.m. (CBS)
  • #8 Minnesota at #20 Iowa, 4 p.m. (FOX)

Obviously, Clemson football fans will be watching the Tigers take on the Demon Deacons, but there could be some switching back-and-forth in the second half if we’ve got a close one in any of these three top-25 battles.

Night Slate

  • #1 LSU at Ole Miss, 7 p.m. (ESPN)
  • #10 Oklahoma at #13 Baylor, 7:30 p.m. (ABC)
  • South Carolina at Texas A&M, 7:30 p.m. (SEC Network)
  • Louisville at NC State, 7:30 p.m. (ACC Network)
  • Arizona at #6 Oregon, 10:30 p.m. (ESPN)

The night-cap is led by a battle of two Big 12 teams hoping to keep their CFB Playoff hopes alive. The winner of this one- whether it be Oklahoma or Baylor- will still have a path to the playoff, but the loser will likely be eliminated.

It will also be interesting to see how LSU responds after an emotional win last week against Alabama. Do the Tigers come out flat or do they continue their dominance against a bad SEC team? South Carolina will also put its bowl hopes on the line on the road against Texas A&M in College Station.

The Gamecocks are 4-6 and have to win this one to avoid being officially eliminated from bowl contention. Of course, even if they won, they’d have to beat Clemson in two weeks to be bowl eligible and the chances of that happening don’t look all that promising.
