The College Football regular season is already entering its final month. Here are our picks against the spread for Week 10.
It seems like it just wasn’t too long ago we were kicking off the 2019 College Football season. Now, were more than two-thirds of the way through and are entering the final month of the season.
The moral of the story: College Football flies by.
The Clemson football team will take on the Wofford Terriers this Saturday looking to improve to 9-0 on the season. But what about outside of Tiger Town?
Here’s a look at our picks against the spread for a few of the top College Football games around the country Saturday.
College Football Spread Picks: Week 10
Utah at Washington
Current Spread: Washington +3.5
Spread Prediction:
Utah has one of the best defensive lines in the nation and they’re going to take care of Washington on the road Saturday. They’ll cover that small spread and continue trending upwards as they try to get back into the CFB Playoff discussion.
West Virginia at Baylor *(Previously noted in the week)*
Current Spread: Baylor -17.5
Spread Prediction:
West Virginia let me down earlier this season when I thought they’d cover a 30-plus point spread against Oklahoma. Well, the Mountaineers are going to cover 17.5 against Baylor. I’m not saying they’ll win the game, but the Bears aren’t going to blow them out.
Oregon at USC
Current Spread: USC +4.5
Spread Prediction:
People keep hoping to see USC win a big game and it seems that the Trojans have taken a step forward this season, but Oregon wins this matchup and the Ducks cover a surprisingly low spread.
Georgia vs. Florida (Jacksonville, FLA)
Current Spread: Georgia -6.5
Spread Prediction:
Both Georgia and Florida are overrated when it comes to the rankings. Neither team is really a top-10 caliber team, but I’ve been more impressed with the Gators as of late than the Bulldogs. At the beginning of the season, I would’ve taken the Bulldogs to cover the spread, but they don’t look impressive lately. Could this be the year Florida wins the game and ends up clinching the SEC East? I’m taking the Gators to cover that spread in a battle of overrateds.
