The 2019 Clemson football season is less than a week away from kickoff. Here are the 10 most intriguing opposing players the Tigers will face.

The wait is almost over for Clemson football.

Tiger fans have endured a long offseason and are now ready to see the 2019 Clemson football team return to Death Valley and begin its run at a potential repeat. The last time we saw the Tigers, they were beating the Alabama Crimson Tide 44-16 in the National Championship game.

Clemson has a ton of talent and the Tigers will be looking for that young skill to step up and perform at a high level.

Today, though, let’s take a look at some of the 2019 Clemson football opponents and the talent they have returning. Here’s a look at the 10 most intriguing opposing players the Tigers will face in 2019.

We’ll begin our list with one of the top defensive tackles in the nation. Though Texas A&M has to replace several key players from last year’s defense, the top returner is DT Justin Madubuike.

Madubuike, a redshirt junior, was fourth on the team in tackles last season with 40 and totaled 10.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks.

He had one of his better games of the season against Clemson, when he came up with three tackles and a sack for the Aggies in College Station and is now looking to take his game to the next level as a focal point on that Texas A&M defensive line in 2019.
