The Clemson football team officially has turned its attention completely to Georgia Tech following a successful and competitive preseason camp.

The 2019 Clemson football season is just a week away from kickoff and it’s clear that Tiger nation is tired of hearing about practice and is ready for real games to be played.

Well, the good news is that the Clemson football team has officially ended what we’ve come to call “Fall Camp.”

The Tigers are now in “Game Week Mode.” After a successful run through the month of August where the team focused on getting better as a whole and competing in position battles, they will now change the tune of their practices.

There will still be competition and they’ll still working on getting better as a team, but they’ll now be officially working on installation for an opponent. The Tigers are no longer just focused on beating up on each other, instead they are walking through game plan for Georgia Tech.

Beginning this afternoon, Clemson football will officially treat the rest of its practices as a Game Week. Of course, the Tigers have already done some scouting for opponents during Fall Camp, but now they’ll focus exclusively on preparing the Georgia Tech. They’ll run through their practices just as they will the rest of the season and you’ll see an added sense of focus from the Clemson football players.

This is the final step to seeing Clemson football again.

We made it through spring practice, a long summer offseason and fall camp. Now it’s officially game week as far as the Tigers are concerned and they’re preparing as best they can for a season-opening match up with Georgia Tech in Death Valley.

It won’t be long now, Clemson football fans. Hold out just a little longer because we have football coming soon.
